Recitals of Others. The recitals, statements and representations set forth herein and in the Notes (other than in the Certificate of Authentication therein) shall be taken as the statements of the Authority, and the Trustee assumes no responsibility for the correctness of the same. The Trustee makes no representations as to the title of the Authority in the Trust Estate or as to the security afforded thereby and hereby, or as to the validity or sufficiency of this Indenture or of the Notes issued hereunder or of any offering materials, and the Trustee shall incur no responsibility in respect of such matters.
