Common use of Reclassification of Series 12 Preferred Limited Partnership Units Clause in Contracts

Reclassification of Series 12 Preferred Limited Partnership Units. In accordance with the terms and limitations of such Preferred Units, each Series 12 Preferred Limited Partnership Unit may be reclassified into a Series 11 Preferred Limited Partnership Unit. Any such Preferred Units that are reclassified into Series 11 Preferred Limited Partnership Units shall have the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions set out herein. The seventh series of Class A Preferred Limited Partnership Units of the Partnership shall consist of 10,000,000 preferred limited partnership interests designated as Class A Preferred Limited Partnership Units, Series 12 (the “Series 12 Preferred Limited Partnership Units”) and, in addition to the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions attaching to the Class A Preferred Limited Partnership Units as a class, shall have attached thereto the following rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions (the “Series 12 Preferred Limited Partnership Unit Provisions”):
