Common use of Recognition of Judgments Clause in Contracts

Recognition of Judgments. Except as described under the section “Enforceability of Civil Liabilities” in the Time of Sale Prospectus and the Prospectus, the courts of the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, and Hong Kong would recognize as a valid judgment any final monetary judgment obtained against the Company in the courts of the State of New York.

Recognition of Judgments. Except as described under the section “Enforceability of Civil Liabilities” in the Time of Sale Prospectus Pricing Disclosure Package and the Preliminary Prospectus, the courts of the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, and Hong Kong would recognize as a valid judgment any final monetary judgment obtained against the Company in the courts of the State of New York.
