Common use of Recognition of Judgments Clause in Contracts

Recognition of Judgments. Except as described under the section “Enforceability of Civil Liabilities” in the Prospectus, the courts of the BVI, Hong Kong, and Malaysia would recognize as a valid judgment any final monetary judgment obtained against the Company in the courts of the State of New York.
