Recognition of Previous Employment for Salary Purposes. The basic salaries of teachers covered by the Agreement are set forth in Exhibit A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. The Board will recognize a maximum of ten (10) years of service from previous employment at public K-12 school districts for salary purposes.
