Recommend Award of Debt Issuance. Based upon activities outlined in Task 10(a), 10(b) and 10(c) above, the Consultant will recommend accepting or rejecting offers to purchase the debt issue. If the District elects to award the debt issue, the Consultant will instruct all parties and help facilitate the actions required to formally consummate the award.
