Recommendation for Employment Sample Clauses
The Recommendation for Employment clause outlines the employer's obligation or willingness to provide a reference or recommendation for a departing employee. Typically, this clause specifies the form such a recommendation may take, such as a written letter or a verbal reference, and may set conditions under which the recommendation will be provided, like satisfactory performance or completion of notice periods. Its core function is to support the employee's future job search by ensuring they have formal acknowledgment of their work and conduct, thereby facilitating smoother transitions to new employment opportunities.
