Recommendations or Determinations. The Board’s recommendation or determination for resolution of the dispute will be provided in writing to the Parties within 14 days of the completion of the hearings. In difficult or complex cases, and in consideration of the Board’s schedule, this time may be extended by mutual agreement of the Parties and the Board.
