RECOMMENDED THAT THE BOARD. Approve and instruct the Chair to sign the attached Agreement with the City to provide the services of one full-time equivalent senior criminalist to perform DNA testing, analysis, and forensic- related consulting for the City, effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2021. The annual cost of services for Fiscal Year (FY) 2016-17 is $170,792, which is fully funded by the City.
