Recommending community outreach activities. The Contractor shall provide the Department with ten (10) Days advance notice of all regularly scheduled meetings of the QMAC with an agenda and related meeting materials, as available, to support determination of attendance. The Contractor shall submit meeting minutes to the Department within ten (10) Days after conduct of each meeting. The Contractor shall submit a summary to the Department annually that includes a listing of the Enrollees participating with the QMAC, recommendations received from attendees, and information about if and how the Contractor implemented the recommendations.
