RECONCILIATION OF CAPITAL ASSETS. At the end of the fifth fiscal year of the Partnership (and each subsequent fifth fiscal year during the Term), the Partners shall cause the Partnership to make a special allocation of Net Income or Net Loss, if necessary, to ensure that cumulative deductions attributable to capital assets are consistent with each Partner's financial contribution with respect to such capital assets.
