Reconciliation of Cash and Regulatory RSF Account Balances. A reconciliation of the year-end cash balances of the CBFRR-RSF, MOERR-RSF, and DSRR-1.0-RSF accounts with the respective year- end regulatory balances of the CBFRR-RSF, MOERR-RSF, and DSRR-1.0-RSF. (Regulatory Balance is defined as that relating to the revenue and expenditure general ledger activity relative to the respective RSF accounts. This is not the same as the GAAP basis cash balances of the respective RSF accounts.)
