Common use of Reconciliation of Excess Costs Clause in Contracts

Reconciliation of Excess Costs. Excess project costs to complete a project are not eligible for reimbursement unless approved pursuant to Section 1.2. The amount of Measure A funds as identified in Section 1.3 are the maximum funds available for reimbursement to the Sponsor and cannot be increased unless agreed to by the Authority pursuant to Section 1.2. The Sponsor shall request an amendment if needed for this purpose in writing to the Authority.
