Reconnection Fee Sample Clauses

Reconnection Fee. If Customer’s Services are terminated due to breach or violation by Customer of any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement or any policy adopted by OCT relating to the Services, in the event OCT subsequently agrees to reconnect Services, the Customer agrees to pay a $200.00 reconnection fee.

Reconnection Fee. 6.1 In certain circumstances, when entering into a new contract with us you may be required to pay a reconnection fee. We will advise if this applies to you before you enter into the Contract. The amount of the reconnection fee is set out in your customer heat manual. 6.2 Where you have been disconnected from the supply of Heat by us for more than six months prior to the Commencement Date of this Contract, we may be required to check and certify the pipes, fittings, plant, wires and cables, equipment and/or apparatus used in connection with the supply of Heat to the Premises. In the event of such reconnection, you agree that we will be entitled to enter the Premises upon giving 3 days' notice for the purposes of such reconnection. 6.3 In the event that you miss a scheduled reconnection appointment, you will be charged a missed appointment fee. The amount of the missed appointment fee is set out in your customer heat manual.

Reconnection Fee. In the event of termination of Services due to breach of this Agreement (including for unpaid or late paid Invoices), the Station may request reconnection, and will be reconnected provided the Station cures all breaches and has paid to Systech all outstanding Invoice amounts, including late charges to the date of actual payment, plus a reconnection fee of $75.

Reconnection Fee. The Customer shall be obligated to pay a one-time “Reconnection Fee” in the amount of one-half the then-current water tap fee as set forth in the Fee Schedule.
