RECONSTITUTION AFTER BANKRUPTCY OR DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERS. 8.4.1 Upon the Bankruptcy or dissolution (without reconstitution within sixty (60) days thereafter) of the General Partner, the Partnership shall be dissolved and liquidated unless within ninety (90) days subsequent to such event the Limited Partner elects, by giving notice to the General Partner, to reconstitute the Partnership and to continue the business of the Partnership. If such election is made, then (i) the Partnership shall not be dissolved and liquidated;
