Reconstitution of Partnership. If the Partnership dissolves pursuant to Section 11.9.(C) or Section 11.9(D) (even if other dissolution provisions also are invoked), it may be reconstituted and continued upon the written consent of all remaining Partners other than the former Partner that sold its Interest.
