Reconstructions or amalgamation. If employment of the Executive under this Agreement is terminated by reason of the liquidation of the Employer for the purpose of reconstruction or amalgamation and the Executive is offered employment with any concern or undertaking resulting from the reconstruction or amalgamation on terms and conditions materially no less favourable overall than the terms of this Agreement, then the Executive shall have no claim against the Employer in respect of the termination of the Employment (whether or not the notice required by Clause 1.3 shall have been given).
