Reconveyance After Payment. Upon written request of Beneficiary stating that all obligations secured by this Deed of Trust have been paid, Trustee shall reconvey, without warranty, the Property then subject to the lien of this Deed of Trust. The recitals in any reconveyance of any matters of fact shall be conclusive proof of the truthfulness thereof. The grantee in the reconveyance may be described as "the person or persons legally entitled thereto." Grantor shall pay any costs, Trustee's fees and recording fees incurred in so reconveying the Property.
