Reconveyance Documents. Without limiting the foregoing, Landlord upon request shall execute and deliver: (i) a deed or xxxx of sale reconveying all of Landlord’s right title and interest in the improvements to Tenant; (ii) a memorandum in recordable form reflecting the termination of this Lease; (iii) an assignment of Landlord's right, title and interest in and to all licenses, permits, guaranties and warranties relating to the ownership or operation of the Premises to which Landlord is a party and which are assignable by Landlord, and (iv) such other reasonable and customary documents as may be required by Tenant or its title insurer including, without limitation, FIRPTA and mechanic's lien affidavits, to confirm the termination of this Lease and the revesting of title to the Premises in Tenant or its successor, or Tenant’s successor by foreclosure, as the case may be.
