Reconveyance of Receivables. In the event that the Purchase Price of a Receivable has been reduced to zero, and the credit for such reduction has been applied pursuant to Section 3.4, the Buyer shall reconvey such Receivable to such Originator, without representation or warranty, but free and clear of all liens, security interests, charges, and encumbrances created by the Buyer.
