Reconveyance of the Related Documents. In the event any Seller accepts a reconveyance of the Depositor’s interest in one or more Home Equity Loans pursuant to the Home Equity Loan Purchase Agreement, then the applicable Seller shall also accept reconveyance of the Related Documents held by the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust.
