Common use of RECORD AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

RECORD AGREEMENT. Upon the request of [Placer], [Mr. Almarez] shall assist [Placer] to record this Agreement with the axxxxxxxxxx mining recorder and, when required, [Mr. Almarez] shall further provide [Placer] with such recordable dxxxxxxxx xx [Placer] and its counsel shall require to record its due interest in respect of the Property.
