Common use of Record and Payment Dates Clause in Contracts

Record and Payment Dates. The record date for the determination of the Holders entitled to receive payment of, and the payment date for, any dividend declared on the Exchangeable Shares under Section 3.1 hereof shall be the same dates as the record date and payment date, respectively, for the corresponding dividend declared on the IPC Delaware Common Shares.
