For the purposes of determining the Securityholders who are entitled to notice of and to vote at any meeting or by written consent, or for the purpose of any other action, the Administrative Trustee may from time to time fix a date, not more than 90 days prior to the date of any meeting of Securityholders, as a record date for the determination of the identity of the Securityholders for such purposes.
