Common use of Record Documents Clause in Contracts

Record Documents. As a condition of final payment (refer also to section E.6), Contractor shall comply with the following: Contractor shall provide to Owner's Authorized Representative, Record Documents of the entire project. Record Documents shall depict the project as constructed and shall reflect each and every change, modification, and deletion made during the construction. Record Documents are part of the Work and shall be provided prior to the Owner's issuance of final payment.
