Record Inspections/Audits. The City reserves the right to inspect the Recipient’s financial records and/or audit Recipient’s use of the Funds to ensure that Recipient has used the Funds as required by this Agreement and applicable law. Recipient agrees to cooperate with the City and the City’s representatives in the performance of the inspection and/or audit.
