Record Maintenance and Availability. GlobalLogic shall, and shall require that its subcontractors shall: (a) maintain accurate and complete records of and supporting documentation for all Fees, all Client data and all transactions, authorizations, reports, data or information created, collected, processed or stored by GlobalLogic in the performance of it’s obligations under this Agreement (the “Service Records”). GlobalLogic shall ensure that such Service Records shall be kept in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards, rules and principles and all Laws for each relevant jurisdiction; and (b) GlobalLogic shall retain the Service Records in accordance with applicable Laws and in compliance with Client’s written record retention policy and as provided to GlobalLogic and as modified by Client from time-to-time as a Mandatory Change.
