Record of Accounts. As of the Initial Closing Date, in the case of the ------------------ Initial Accounts, as of the applicable Addition Date, in the case of the Additional Accounts, and, as of the applicable Removal Date, in the case of Removed Accounts, Schedule 1 to this Agreement is an accurate and complete listing in all material respects of all the Accounts as of the Cut-off Date, the applicable Additional Cut-off Date or the applicable Removal Date, as the case may be, and the information contained therein with respect to the identity of such Accounts and the Receivables existing thereunder is true and correct in all material respects as of the Cut-off Date, such applicable Additional Cut-off Date or such Removal Date, as the case may be.
