Common use of Record of Accounts Clause in Contracts

Record of Accounts. As of the first Closing Date, in the case of initial Accounts and, as of the applicable Addition Date, in the case of the Additional Accounts, Schedule 1 to this Agreement is an accurate and complete listing in all material respects of all the Accounts as of the Cut-Off Date or the applicable Additional Cut-Off Date, as the case may be, and the information contained therein with respect to the identity of such Accounts and the Receivables existing thereunder is true and correct in all material respects as of the Cut-Off Date or such applicable Additional Cut-Off Date, as the case may be.
