Record of Limited Partners. The General Partner shall keep or cause to be kept at its principal place of business a current Record stating for each Limited Partner the Limited Partner’s name, address, the amount of money and/or the value of other property contributed or to be contributed by the Limited Partner to the Partnership, the number of Units held by each Limited Partner and any other information required under the Act. Registration of interests in, and as provided in Section 3.15 Transfers of, Units will be made only in the Record. The General Partner shall cause to be maintained at the registered office of the Partnership a record of the address at which the Record is maintained.
