Record of Transfers. The Company shall not make or record any Transfer of its Shares which are subject to the provisions of this Agreement on its books and records unless and until there shall have been full compliance with the provisions of this Agreement and there shall have been furnished to the Company such affidavits, certificate or other documents evidencing such compliance as the Company may reasonably request.
