Record Owner. At the time this Warrant is surrendered for exercise, together with the completed Form of Exercise and the monetary consideration required, the person so exercising shall be deemed to be the Holder of record, notwithstanding that the stock transfer books of the Company shall then be closed, or that certificates representing such securities shall be actually delivered to such person.
