Common use of Record Retention and Access Requirements Clause in Contracts

Record Retention and Access Requirements. All financial and programmatic records, supporting documents, statistical records, and other records of Cooperators or sub-Cooperators which are: (i) Required to be maintained by the terms of this part, program regulations or the cooperative agreement, or (ii) Otherwise reasonably considered as pertinent to program regulations or the cooperative agreement.
