Common use of Record Set of As-Built Drawings Clause in Contracts

Record Set of As-Built Drawings. At the conclusion of construction, Tenant shall cause the Architect and Contractor (A) to update the Approved Working Drawings as necessary to reflect all changes made to the Approved Working Drawings during the course of construction, and (B) to certify to the best of their knowledge that the “record-set” of as-built drawings (the “Record Set”) is true and correct and Tenant shall deliver (or cause to be delivered) to Landlord two (2) electronic copies (in .pdf and CAD format) of such Record Set within ninety (90) days following issuance of a CofO for the Premises.
