Common use of Recordable Memorandum Clause in Contracts

Recordable Memorandum. Landlord and Tenant agree not to record this Lease, but each party agrees, upon request by the other, to execute a memorandum of this Lease in recordable form and in compliance with applicable law, with a description of the Premises, the term of this Lease and any other portions hereof, excepting the rental provisions, as either party may reasonably request. Any and all recording costs required in connection with the recording of such Memorandum of Lease shall be paid by the party requesting recordation.
