Recordal of Licenses. Licensee shall be entitled to (i) record a “short form” of this Agreement, but not this Agreement in its entirety, in those jurisdictions requiring such a recordal; and/or (ii) enter Licensee as a registered or authorized user of the Xxxx in those jurisdictions requiring such a recordal. Licensee shall bear all costs related to such a recordal, and Licensor shall provide all commercially reasonable support necessary to effect such recordal of this Agreement.
