RECORDANCE. It is recorded that: 3.1 The Lessor is the owner of the Property; 3.2 The Lessee wishes to hire and the Lessor wishes to lease, the Property; 3.3 This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions agreed upon between the parties in relation to such lease.
