Common use of Recordation and Filing Clause in Contracts

Recordation and Filing. The City shall file this Trust Agreement (or a memorandum thereof or a financing statement with respect thereto), and all such documents as may be required by law (and shall take all further actions which may be necessary or be reasonably required by the Trustee), all in such manner, at such times and in such places as may be required by law in order fully to preserve, protect and perfect the security of the Trustee and the Owners.
