Common use of Recordation and Filing Clause in Contracts

Recordation and Filing. The Memorandum of Ground Lease and the Memorandum of Lease have been duly recorded, published, registered and filed and are in a form sufficient to publish notice of the interests purported to be created by the Ground Lease and this Lease, respectively. Upon the recordation of the Memorandum of Ground Lease in Clallam County, Washington, the Memorandum of Ground Lease will have been recorded or filed in such place in which recording or filing is required to publish notice, under Applicable Law, of the interests created by the Ground Lease and to protect the validity and effectiveness thereof, and all Taxes, fees and other public charges payable in connection with the filing and recordation of the Ground Lease have been paid.
