Recordation and Opinions. In the case of any Replacement Engine conveyed to Lessor under this Section 10.2, promptly upon the recordation of the Lease Supplement and the Indenture and Trust Supplement covering such Replacement Engine pursuant to the Act, Lessee will cause to be delivered to Lessor an opinion of Daugxxxxx, Xxwlxx & Xerexxxx xx other FAA counsel satisfactory to Lessor as to the due recordation of such Lease Supplement and Indenture and Trust Supplement.
