Common use of Recordation of License Clause in Contracts

Recordation of License. Licensee shall make all necessary filings, in such form reasonably acceptable to Licensor, to record the License granted to it in Section 2.1 in the relevant trademark registries in the Territory. Licensee will be solely responsible for payment of any recordation fees and all related expenses. Licensor shall provide reasonable assistance, at Licensee’s expense, to enable Licensee to comply with this Section 4.5.
