Common use of Recordation of Memorandum of Lease Clause in Contracts

Recordation of Memorandum of Lease. At either party's option, a short form memorandum of this Agreement, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "E" shall be recorded or filed among the appropriate land records of the County in which the Leased Property is located, and Tenant shall pay the transfer and all recording costs associated therewith. In the event of a discrepancy between the provisions of this Agreement and such short form memorandum thereof, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
