Common use of Recordation of the Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Recordation of the Supplemental Indenture. The Company shall have caused the Supplemental Indenture to be recorded in the offices of the Secretary of State in the States of Kansas and Missouri and in the office of the Register of Deeds for the County of Franklin, Kansas, which are the only recordations required in order to give constructive notice of, and establish, preserve and protect, the lien of the Mortgage Indenture on all properties of the Company of every kind described in and purported to be conveyed by the Mortgage Indenture.
