Recordation; Possession. This Agreement may be recorded against the Property by Grantee at Grantee’s sole cost and expense. Grantor covenants and agrees, for itself and its assigns and successors, that the Grantee shall be entitled to exercise its rights under this Agreement upon execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Parties hereto, whether or not this Agreement is recorded.
