Common use of Recordations Clause in Contracts

Recordations. Seller has obtained and has recorded or will record previously executed assignments for all Patents as necessary to fully perfect Seller’s rights and title therein in accordance with governing law and regulations in each applicable jurisdiction, including written assignments to Seller from each inventor of each Patent.
