Recording Agreement. Grantor agrees and understands this Agreement will be recorded by Grantee. This Agreement continues in effect for perpetuity and constitutes a covenant running with the land. This Agreement binds and inures to the benefit of the Parties’ respective heirs, successors, personal representatives, and assigns.
