Common use of RECORDING AND CLOSING COSTS Clause in Contracts

RECORDING AND CLOSING COSTS. Buyer shall pay for all fees and expenses in connection with Buyer's financing, if any, including, without limitation, all mortgage registration taxes and recording fees. Seller shall pay for all recording fees and other costs in connection with the release of any liens on the Property which are not Permitted Exceptions. Buyer shall pay for the Title Commitment and the Owner's Policy described in paragraph 8. Except as otherwise set forth in this Contract, all other Closing costs, including, without limitation, miscellaneous recording fees which are not addressed above and escrow fees shall be paid by Buyer.
