Common use of Recording and Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Recording and Effective Date. Grantee shall do and perform at its own cost all acts necessary to the prompt recording of this Restriction which shall become effective upon its being duly executed by the Grantor, the City of Newburyport, and the Newburyport Historical Commission, its being approved by the Massachusetts Historical Commission, and its being recorded with the Southern Essex County District Registry of Deeds.
