Common use of Recording and Enforceability Clause in Contracts

Recording and Enforceability. Neither the articles of formation, bylaws, or other applicable corporate or entity documents of Borrower nor other agreements require recording, filing, registration, notice, or other similar action in order to insure the legality, validity, binding effect, or enforceability against all Persons of this Agreement, the Note, or other Loan Documents executed or to be executed hereunder, other than filings or recordings that may be required under the Uniform Commercial Code.
