The Original Indenture and indentures supplemental thereto have been recorded and/or filed and Certificates of Provision for Payment have been recorded as hereinafter set forth. The Original Indenture has been recorded as a real estate mortgage and filed as a chattel Mortgage in the offices of the respective Registers of Deeds of certain counties in the State of Michigan as set forth in the Supplemental Indenture dated as of September 1, 1947, has been recorded as a real estate mortgage in the office of the Register of Deeds of Genesee County, Michigan as set forth in the Supplemental Indenture dated as of May 1, 1974, has been filed in the Office of the Secretary of State of Michigan on November 16, 1951 and has been filed and recorded in the office of the Interstate Commerce Commission on December 8, 1969.
